The vibration screener machine is specialized equipment that utilizes exciting force to drive the screen mesh for material classification; it is designed specifically for sorting materials such as organic fertilizer derived from livestock and poultry manure, compound granular fertilizers, water-soluble fertilizer raw materials, and fermented oil-cake fertilizers.
Fertilizer raw materials processed by semi-wet material crushers often contain hard lumps, stones, fibrous impurities, and granules of varying sizes. The vibrating screening machine is used to separate out fertilizer particles that meet size specifications, while oversized lumps are returned to the crusher for re-processing, and fine dust is collected separately.
Fertilizer raw materials enter the machine through the inlet and land on the screen surface. Two vibrating motors generate eccentric excitation forces, driving the screen box to produce high-frequency, three-dimensional vibrations—horizontal, vertical, and inclined—causing the fertilizer particles to continuously bounce, loosen, and tumble.
Once loosened, the material rapidly stratifies; particles smaller than the mesh size pass through the screen, while large clumps and impurities (such as straw) remain on the surface and move toward the discharge outlet along the direction of vibration. A multi-layer screen setup allows for the simultaneous separation of coarse impurities, oversized particles, standard finished product, and ultrafine fertilizer powder.
High-frequency bouncing and vibration break up moist, agglomerated fertilizer particles, effectively preventing the mesh clogging issues often caused by sticky, wet materials; this makes the machine ideally suited for screening high-moisture raw materials, such as fermented organic fertilizers made from cattle or chicken manure.
Processing of organic fertilizer from livestock and poultry manure: Screening fermented and crushed manure (chicken, sheep, cattle, and pig) to remove stones, long straw, and stubborn clumps;
Granular compound fertilizers and extrusion-granulated fertilizers: Screening finished granules to separate out fines and oversized particles, with off-spec material returned to the granulation process;
Screening of organic raw materials and additives: Grading and impurity removal for materials such as straw powder, spent mushroom substrate, rapeseed cake fertilizer, and peat soil;
Screening of microbial fertilizers and water-soluble fertilizer powders: Breaking up clumps and ensuring the desired fineness of the powdered product;
Grading of eco-friendly organic fertilizers derived from fermented kitchen waste or orchard prunings.
For years, Huaqiang Heavy Industry has specialized in the R&D and manufacturing of complete organic fertilizer processing equipment. We offer customized solutions—tailoring the number of decks, materials, and mesh sizes of our vibration screener machines—based on specific client requirements regarding raw material moisture content, hourly throughput, and fertilizer type.
We welcome clients to bring their raw materials to our facility for trial screening tests;
Each machine undergoes no-load testing prior to shipment and comes with an installation manual;
We provide comprehensive production line layout planning, equipment installation guidance, and ongoing after-sales support;
We maintain a long-term stock of wear parts, such as screens, shock-absorbing springs, and vibration motors, ensuring ready availability.
As a critical piece of equipment for ensuring fertilizer quality, the vibration screener machine addresses production challenges such as caking, impurities, and inconsistent particle sizing. When selecting screening equipment, one should look beyond price and choose between rotary vibrating screens and linear vibrating screens based on factors such as fertilizer moisture content, production capacity, and material properties.
