3. Maintenance of wearing parts: bearing, bearing seat, bucket, bucket screws are easy to loose, should be maintained frequently. Conveyor bearings and belt connections should be inspected and replaced frequently. Electrical appliances and moving parts should be maintained frequently.
4. Organic fertilizer equipment should be replaced and maintained every quarter. The dryer cleans the debris in the air duct, the crane loosens the tight line, the fan cleans the fan blade adhesion, the hot blast furnace heat exchanger cleans the settling pool ash, and the pipeline is cleaned one by one. 5. If the dryer is running outdoors, appropriate rain and snow protection measures must be taken. The whole machine needs large-scale maintenance and overhaul every year, and spray paint protection every two years.
