Huaqiang Heavy Industry Delivers Roller Extrusion Granulation Line to Malaysian Client

2026-09-05

Following the sealing of the shipping containers, a custom-built roller extrusion granulation production line from Huaqiang Heavy Industry has officially set off for Malaysia. The delivered system comprises the main granulation unit, rotary screening equipment, raw material crushing machinery, and a conveying system. All equipment underwent factory trial runs and inspections, and was carefully secured and protected within the containers to ensure safety during transoceanic transport.

Southeast Asia boasts a massive agricultural sector with a steadily rising demand for organic fertilizer. Improper disposal of the vast quantities of palm waste and livestock manure generated in Malaysia poses environmental risks; however, processing these materials through the roller extrusion granulation line transforms them into granular organic fertilizer. This allows the waste to be returned to farmland and orchards, effectively turning waste into a valuable resource.
Huaqiang’s double roller press granulator offers significant advantages. Utilizing a dry extrusion process that requires no binders, it produces uniform, durable granules while maintaining a simple production workflow, low failure rates, and ease of maintenance. The production line’s capacity is flexibly adjustable to meet the needs of small-to-medium-scale plant setups, and the equipment frames feature reinforced anti-corrosion treatments to withstand Malaysia’s hot and humid operating environment.
Huaqiang Heavy Industry maintains strict quality control across every stage—from blueprint design, equipment manufacturing, and factory trial runs to container loading and shipment. Beyond supplying hardware, the company provides comprehensive support services, including process recommendations and remote technical guidance. This Malaysian project marks another successful milestone in Huaqiang Heavy Industry’s overseas operations, further driving the expansion of Chinese fertilizer equipment into the global market.
