How to deal with livestock manure selection of fermentation equipment and site for organic fertilizer

2022/08/01
Livestock and poultry feces contain nutrients such as crude protein, crude fiber, minerals, trace elements and a variety of vitamins. In particular, the content of crude protein is very high, and the feces can become a good livestock and poultry feed after processing. The main methods of livestock manure feed are drying, silage and biological methods. The main drying methods are: natural drying, high-temperature drying and low-temperature drying. The natural drying cost is low, but the drying time is too long, which is easy to be affected by environmental factors such as weather; High temperature drying adopts high-temperature rapid dryer for heating, which has fast drying speed and good sterilization effect, but the energy consumption is large; Low temperature drying is to transport livestock and poultry feces to a low-temperature dryer, and the feces after low-temperature drying are suitable for storage.

Selection of post fermentation treatment equipment: for small plants with an annual output of less than 10000 tons, disc granulation should be selected, which can be directly dried by natural air without configuring drying equipment. The equipment investment cost is low and the site is saved; An organic fertilizer plant with an annual output of 10000 tons should choose a drum granulator and be equipped with a drum drying equipment, which has a large production capacity and good granulation effect.

Organic fertilizer equipment processing fertilizer plants should be close to the origin of main raw materials. Not more than 50 kilometers, close to the origin of main raw materials can reduce costs. The raw material of organic fertilizer is large in volume and weight, which is not convenient for transportation. If the distance is too far, the transportation cost will increase, the cost will increase, and the price of organic fertilizer will inevitably increase, which will reduce their market competitiveness.
