Operation method of organic fertilizer track type tipping machine for fermenting raw materials

2024/03/21

In recent years, with the promotion of organic fertilizer use and the strong promotion of national environmental protection breeding, as well as many automatic fermentation equipment for livestock and poultry manure, such as high-temperature aerobic intelligent fermentation tanks, which can directly transport manure to finished powdered organic fertilizer, greatly increasing fermentation costs and reducing time and labor costs. Crawler type fermentation stackers also greatly save time and labor costs. Material mixing, crushing, and fermentation have become the choice of more and more breeding and organic fertilizer enterprises.

Operation method of organic fertilizer track type tipping machine for fermenting raw materials

1. The crawler type fermenter generally adopts low-speed walking. However, due to differences in materials and moisture content, drivers can choose the appropriate speed based on the actual state of the stack to achieve optimal efficiency. After starting, idle for 3-5 minutes, stop without load, adjust the stacking speed, idle for 1 minute, and then conduct stacking operation.

2. The whole machine stacking operation should be carried out by riding on the material strip pile, and it is strictly prohibited to forcefully enter the material pile. The width of the material shall not exceed the working space of the stacker. The engine should not be forcibly stacked during operation. The speed button should be quickly rotated to slow down or stop walking, so that the stacker is in a stopped state. At this time, only the stacking shaft operation is available, and the tracked fermentation stacker is stacked in place. The materials on the stacking shaft can be quickly thrown out and the stacking operation can continue.

3. Pay attention to preventing straw and other materials from getting entangled on the stacking shaft. When materials are found to be entangled on the stacking shaft, they should be stopped in a timely manner, and the materials on the mixing shaft should be cleaned before continuing to stack. Do not forcefully mix or retreat, as it may cause serious damage to the components.

Warning: When starting the engine, the main clutch of the stacking shaft must be separated. During operation, the size and load of the material pile, as well as the presence of hard objects such as bricks and stones in the material, can seriously damage the tracked fermenter.
