1. Control of water content during operation of disc granulator of organic fertilizer equipment. When the disc granulator is running, the inclined disc granulation process is adopted. The granulation process requires high moisture content, and poor moisture control will lead to the decrease of granulation speed. Therefore, in the process of processing, attention should be paid to the use of spray to observe the moisture control changes of granulating raw materials.
2. The personnel operating the disc granulator shall pay attention to the quality of various materials during the feeding control process to ensure that sundries, large pieces and large particles are not mixed into the feeding. In addition, they should also pay attention to the temperature of the equipment feeding, because if the temperature of the die head is too high, the material is easy to break and stick to the die head after startup. In this case, they should wait for the die head to cool before continuing to operate.
3. Pay attention to the change of inclination angle of disc granulator during operation. The disc granulator has a certain inclination. If the inclination angle changes due to unexpected reasons, it will also affect the granulation rate of organic fertilizer particles and the service life.
4. During the operation of the disc granulator, the operator shall also pay attention to the temperature change of the machine body at any time. The operator can touch the blade with clean hands. If the blade does not touch the hand, the temperature should rise immediately until the blade touches the hand. Then, during the normal operation of the granulator, the operator should maintain a stable machine temperature and not allow the temperature to rise or fall. In addition, the operator should pay attention to maintaining the temperature around the vent until the head temperature reaches about 200 ℃.
5. When using the disc granulator, in order to ensure that the produced particles are uniform, smooth and complete, attention should be paid to ensuring that the feeding is uniform and sufficient. The feeding speed of the equipment should be properly matched with the feeding speed to avoid the decline of particle quality and output.
6. When the disc granulator body is unstable, pay attention to check whether the coupling clearance is too tight and loosen it in time. If the bearing part of the reducer is hot or noisy, it shall be repaired and oiled in time.
7. During the installation of the disc granulator, the main body shall be kept perpendicular to the horizontal plane, and the perpendicularity shall be calibrated and corrected after installation.
8. Before the installation of the disc granulator, the concrete foundation shall be prepared, installed on the horizontal concrete foundation and fastened with bolts.
9. Before power on, ensure that the power supply meets the power supply requirements set by the disc granulator, and configure the power cord and control switch according to the equipment power supply.
10. After installation, check whether the bolts of each part are loose and whether the main engine compartment door is fastened.
