The production process of granulation for cow manure organic fertilizer production line:
1. Add straw and rice bran materials in proportion to cow manure, sprinkle with fermentation bacteria, and then use an organic fertilizer flipping machine to flip and stir the raw materials to start heating and fermentation. Afterwards, flip and toss the raw materials every 1-2 days, usually around 15-20 days before fermentation and maturation.
2. By using a grinder and screening machine, fermented cow manure can be evenly crushed and impurities inside can be removed to obtain the finished powdered organic fertilizer.
3. Use an automatic batching system and mixer to pre mix the raw materials into a suitable granulation state. Generally, the water content is adjusted to about 40%, and corresponding auxiliary materials are added for uniform mixing.
4. The stirred raw materials are transported to the organic fertilizer granulator, which rotates and compresses the raw materials at high speed to form granular cow manure organic fertilizer. Then, a drying and cooling system is used to remove excess water from the particles to ensure sufficient strength.
5. The processed granular cow manure organic fertilizer is screened through a screening machine to obtain predetermined sized granular organic fertilizer. Small particles are returned to the granulator for remaking, while larger particles are returned to the feed crusher for crushing. Qualified particles flow into the automatic packaging machine and are packaged into bags.
