With many African nations vigorously promoting local fertilizer manufacturing to reduce reliance on imports, the market for fertilizer production equipment in Nigeria is experiencing rapid growth. The delivered rotary drum granulation line is capable of producing both organic and compound fertilizers. It processes various organic raw materials—such as crop stalks and livestock manure—using a wet drum granulation process to yield uniform, spherical, and durable fertilizer granules. These granules are easy to store, transport, and apply in the field, making them ideally suited to the needs of local farmers.
To meet the specific requirements of this overseas project, Huaqiang Heavy Industry maintained strict quality control from the very beginning. High standards were applied to steel selection, welding techniques, and drive components, with multiple rounds of pre-shipment testing conducted to identify and eliminate potential faults.
