Collection: the farm will dry and wet the pig feces, and then collect the pig feces and stack them in the fermentation pool. The height of the fermentation pool is 1.2 meters, the width is 4.5 meters to 5 meters, and the length can be determined according to the length of the plant, generally 50 meters to 60 meters. Attention should be paid to the moisture content of pig manure during collection, generally 40% - 50%.

Adding organic carrier: after collecting pig manure into the fermentation tank, add straw crushing materials such as cotton straw, sawdust, rape straw, corn straw, etc. The addition amount is generally 45% - 50% of the weight of collected pig manure. After adding organic matter, it is fully mixed with pig manure.

Composting and fermentation of organic fertilizer equipment: cellulose degrading bacteria are obtained through screening or other ways. The cellulose degrading bacteria cultured in shake flask are added to the pig manure mixture at a certain dose, and then protease producing bacteria are added to fully mix it with the pig manure mixture.

Organic fertilizer equipment crushing and screening: the fermented pig manure mixture is crushed with a crusher, and the crushed material needs to pass through a 30 mesh to 40 mesh sieve.

Batching and mixing: detect the nutrients of the crushed and screened pig manure mixture, and then transfer it to the mixer to prepare pure natural organic fertilizer for different crops according to the nutrient detection.

Granulation and packaging: the prepared pig manure mixture will be granulated and packaged as required. Generally, there are two ways of granulation: extrusion granulation and disc granulation.

Through the above organic fertilizer production line process, pig manure can be made into high-quality natural organic fertilizer with high nutrient content and high organic matter content, which can turn waste into treasure, thus effectively reducing the environmental pollution caused by breeding excreta.
