Large-scale, standardized production of bio-organic fertilizer relies on the coordinated operation of an entire production line. From raw material pretreatment and fermentation/maturation to crushing, granulation, and final packaging, each piece of equipment performs a specific function—precisely controlling fertilizer quality and ensuring efficient, orderly production—thereby serving as the core support for green organic fertilizer manufacturing.

Raw material pretreatment equipment constitutes the first stage of production and primarily includes solid-liquid separators and crushers. Solid-liquid separators handle high-moisture materials like livestock manure, reducing moisture content from approximately 80% to the fermentation standard of 50%–65%; by removing excess water, they prevent pooling and mold growth while significantly lowering energy consumption in subsequent processing stages. Half-wet material crushers break down straw, mushroom residue, and fermented clumps, refining materials into uniform particle sizes and increasing surface area to lay a solid foundation for subsequent fermentation and nutrient conversion.
The compost turner is the core equipment of the fermentation stage, determining the quality of the organic fertilizer's maturation. Bio-organic fertilizer production relies on aerobic microorganisms to decompose organic matter; trough-type compost turners periodically turn the material pile, continuously replenishing oxygen and dissipating high fermentation heat and harmful gases. Simultaneously, they mix the materials thoroughly—integrating microbial inoculants and raw ingredients—to prevent localized anaerobic decay, shorten the fermentation cycle, and completely eliminate insect eggs and pathogens, ensuring the fertilizer is safe and harmless.
Mixing, granulation, and screening equipment handle the fine processing of materials. Horizontal mixers blend matured raw materials, functional microbial agents, and additives in precise proportions, accurately regulating the carbon-to-nitrogen ratio to ensure balanced nutrients in every batch. Granulators transform loose powder into uniform granules, enhancing fertilizer utilization efficiency and applicability. Rotary screeners sort the granules, removing fine powder and clumps to ensure consistent product specifications.
Finishing equipment includes coolers, coating machines, and automatic packaging machines. Coolers rapidly lower the temperature of granular fertilizer to prevent clumping caused by heat and moisture. Coating machines apply a protective film to the granule surface, locking in nutrients and preventing moisture absorption and caking, thereby extending the fertilizer's shelf life. Finally, the automatic packaging machine handles quantitative filling and sealing, enabling the standardized warehousing of finished products. The entire bio-organic fertilizer production line features clearly defined roles and seamless process integration, facilitating the high-yield, high-quality production of bio-organic fertilizer.
