BB fertilizer (blended fertilizer), with its flexible formulation and precise nutrient content, has become the mainstream choice for soil testing and formula fertilization in modern agriculture. Its production efficiency and product quality depend entirely on the coordinated operation of all components of the production line. A complete BB fertilizer production line, based on physical mixing without complex chemical reactions, mainly consists of three core parts: a precise batching system, a uniform mixing system, and a quantitative packaging system. Each link is interconnected to achieve standardized production of BB fertilizer.

The automatic batching system is the core key to accurate nutrient content in BB fertilizer. It consists of a storage silo, a quantitative feeder, and an electronic weighing scale. Based on soil testing results and crop needs, staff set the raw material ratio. The raw materials in the storage silo are fed to the electronic weighing scale according to the set ratio via the quantitative feeder. The measurement error is strictly controlled within ±0.1%, ensuring consistent nutrient content in each batch and truly realizing the precise fertilization concept of "supplementing what is lacking."
The uniform mixing system is responsible for fully blending the prepared raw materials. The core equipment is the BB fertilizer mixer. Raw materials are added to the mixer in a "heaviest to lightest" order and stirred at high speed for 3-10 minutes according to a set time. An anti-segregation agent is added simultaneously to prevent nutrient separation after mixing. After mixing, samples are tested; those meeting standards proceed to the next stage, while those failing are remixed to ensure product uniformity.
The quantitative packaging system is the final step before finished product delivery. It consists of a quantitative packaging scale, an automatic bag-sewing machine, and a conveyor. The properly mixed BB fertilizer is conveyed by an elevator to the packaging scale and automatically filled into common sizes such as 25kg and 50kg. After filling, it is conveyed to the bag-sewing machine for sealing and labeling, and finally transported to the finished product warehouse for storage.
The precise ingredient proportioning, uniform mixing, and quantitative packaging systems work closely together to form the core process of BB fertilizer production line. This ensures the product's core quality of accurate nutrient content and uniform texture while achieving standardized and efficient production operations. This simple and efficient production line configuration is suitable for the needs of modern large-scale agricultural planting, providing reliable equipment support for soil testing and formula fertilization, and helping to improve agricultural quality and efficiency and increase farmers' income.
