A project to install a 100,000-ton annual capacity organic fertilizer production line at a large cattle farm in Dazhou, Sichuan, has recently entered the intensive equipment installation phase. Huaqiang Heavy Industry is supplying the complete set of organic fertilizer production equipment and providing installation guidance. Upon completion, the facility will enable the large-scale, harmless treatment and resource utilization of livestock waste, such as cattle manure.
The installation site within the steel-structure workshop is a hive of activity. A large rotary drum granulator is being slowly lifted by a crane and precisely positioned under the direction of on-site technicians. As the core component of the production line, the granulator features a drum made of thickened steel plate and operates smoothly via an external gear ring drive; it transforms fermented, decomposed cattle manure into uniform spherical granules. On the other side of the workshop, auxiliary equipment—including crushers, screening machines, and belt conveyors—has arrived, and workers are systematically carrying out foundation leveling and equipment anchoring in accordance with installation blueprints.
Designed for an annual capacity of 100,000 tons, the project encompasses a comprehensive process flow: raw material pre-treatment, high-temperature aerobic fermentation, crushing, granulation, drying, cooling, screening, and coating. Huaqiang Heavy Industry’s technical team is providing on-site guidance; every step—from equipment unloading and hoisting to pipeline connection—is executed in strict accordance with technical standards to ensure a successful initial trial run.
Once operational, the project will not only effectively resolve the challenge of manure disposal at the cattle farm but also transform the waste into high-value commercial organic fertilizer, achieving a win-win for both ecological and economic outcomes. Drawing on years of experience in manufacturing organic fertilizer equipment, Huaqiang Heavy Industry has created a replicable engineering model for the resource utilization of livestock and poultry waste.
