Working Principle
According to the direction of the rotor, chain crusher can be divided into vertical chain crusher and horizontal chain crusher. Vertical crusher is a single rotor structure. However, it is easy to borrow pen and block when crushing materials with high humidity. Horizontal crusher has two parallel rotors. Each rotor is equipped with the same number of chain groups, and the number of links in each group is equal. When the material enters the crusher from the feed port, it will be smashed by the impact of the rotary chain. Horizontal crusher overcomes the problem of vertical blockage. The crushing efficiency of the crusher is high, the maintenance and maintenance are convenient, the material is not easy to block, but the energy consumption is relatively high.
