Working Principle

The working principle of a dual axis mixer is based on the cross rotation of two independent mixing shafts, which mix materials through the mixing blades:

Feed: The material is added to the mixing tank from the feed inlet.

Mixing: Two mixing shafts rotate in opposite directions, driving the mixing blades to shear, roll,and diffuse the material, achieving deep mixing of the material.

Discharge: The uniformly mixed material is discharged through the discharge port or discharge valve.
