It is suggested to build an organic fertilizer production line for processing livestock manure in large farms

The main raw materials for processing organic fertilizer by organic fertilizer equipment are: feces, commonly known as stool, urine and Baba. It is the food residue and excreta of human or animal. Livestock and poultry manure mainly refers to a kind of rural solid waste generated in livestock and poultry breeding industry, including chicken manure, pig manure, cow manure, sheep manure, duck manure, horse manure, rabbit manure, quail manure, pigeon manure, mink manure, etc. Feces contain a lot of protein, inorganic matter, fat, food fiber, residual digestive juice, intestinal exfoliated cells, Ascaris eggs, Escherichia coli, and even vitamin K, vitamin B and other nutrients.

The production of organic fertilizer mainly includes: 1. Raw material preparation; 2 fermentation and ripening; 3. Granulation and molding; 4 quality control. In raw material preparation: chemical analysis and crushing of raw materials are required. When mixing raw materials, it is also necessary to adjust water content, carbon nitrogen ratio and pH. In the process of fermentation and decomposition: it is necessary to inoculate fermentation bacteria, aerate to ensure that the reactor contains appropriate oxygen, and flip to control the reactor temperature and promote the emission of water. Fermented and decomposed organic fertilizer can be directly applied to field crops or granulated. In the granulation and molding process: it needs to go through 7 steps: crushing, batching, mixing, granulation, drying, functional bacteria (sometimes added) and cooling. The granular organic fertilizer is generally used for flowers, fruits and vegetables and greenhouse crops. In order to ensure the quality of organic fertilizer, it is necessary to carry out quality control, detect the relevant indicators of organic fertilizer, and then judge whether it is qualified according to the standard of organic fertilizer.

A large amount of livestock manure not only causes serious environmental pollution, but also seriously restricts the sustainable and stable development of animal husbandry. Today, with the increasing awareness of environmental protection, it has become a common concern. In the 21st century, it has been widely recognized that livestock manure can adjust water to produce organic fertilizer and turn waste into treasure.
