Basis for equipment purchase when building an organic fertilizer equipment plant

1. Determine the size of organic fertilizer equipment: for example, the price can be determined only when the annual output is tens of thousands of tons or the hourly production is tens of thousands of tons.

2. Determine the shape of particles, that is, what kind of granulator to choose: powder, cylindrical, flat spherical or standard circular. The commonly used granulating organic fertilizer equipment include: disc granulator, drum granulator, wet granulator, roller extrusion granulator, flat mold granulator and annular membrane granulator. The type selection of granulator shall be determined according to the local fertilizer sales market. The price of organic fertilizer is different, and the equipment of organic fertilizer is also different.

3. Determine the configuration level of organic fertilizer equipment: the configuration level is different, the price of organic fertilizer equipment is different, the amount of labor is different, and the stable and high yield of organic fertilizer equipment is also different: generally, the high configuration should be increased, including automatic batching device, automatic packaging device, automatic constant feeding device, cyclone dust removal and water dust removal.

4. Determine the type of fertilizer produced. It is compound fertilizer, organic fertilizer equipment or organic fertilizer and organic fertilizer equipment. With the same output, organic fertilizer and organic fertilizer equipment generally consider that the water content is high and the strain is not resistant to high temperature. The model is generally larger than that of compound fertilizer. There are four general types of organic fertilizer: pure organic fertilizer, organic-inorganic compound fertilizer, biological organic fertilizer and compound microbial fertilizer. The varieties are different, and the organic fertilizer equipment is also slightly different.

5. Selection of fermentation tipping machine: the general fermentation forms include strip fermentation, shallow tank fermentation, deep tank fermentation, tower fermentation and rotary drum fermentation. The fermentation methods are different, and the fermentation equipment for organic fertilizer is also different. Generally, shallow tank stacker is more suitable for the principle of aerobic fermentation (advantages of shallow tank stacker: it is more in line with the principle of aerobic fermentation, not easy to form anaerobic, full and complete fermentation and fast fermentation speed).

6. Determine the level of environmental protection requirements: places with low environmental protection requirements generally choose heavy reduction and dust removal, with less investment in organic fertilizer equipment; Places with high environmental protection requirements generally choose heavy reduction dust removal and ink dust removal, which can meet the national air emission quality standard.
