Organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer granulator uses high-speed rotating mechanical stirring and generated aerodynamic force to make fine powder continuously realize mixing, densification, spheroidization, granulation and other processes in order to achieve the purpose of granulation. Biofertilizer granules are spherical in shape, and the granulation rate is greater than or equal to 90% and the diameter of the granules is between 0.3 and 3 mm. When adjusting the granulator to change the size of particle diameter, we can adjust it properly by mixing the material and spindle speed. In general, the lower the mixing amount, the smaller the particle size, the higher the rotational speed, and vice versa.
