Typical materials used in biofertilizer production are cow dung, kaolin, clay, chicken dung, pig dung and carbon ash, etc. The organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer granulator of our factory processes biofertilizer granules. This equipment is generally used in the granulation of light powder materials. The finer the basic particles of powder materials, the better the quality of the granules and the higher the sphericity of the particles. And the granularity can be as high as 80%, or even more than 90%. The percentage of large pellets is less than 15%. In terms of adjustment, it meets the needs of consumers and can greatly reduce manufacturing costs.



Operating Principle of Biofertilizer Production
Organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer granulator uses high-speed rotating mechanical stirring and generated aerodynamic force to make fine powder continuously realize mixing, densification, spheroidization, granulation and other processes in order to achieve the purpose of granulation. Biofertilizer granules are spherical in shape, and the granulation rate is greater than or equal to 90% and the diameter of the granules is between 0.3 and 3 mm. When adjusting the granulator to change the size of particle diameter, we can adjust it properly by mixing the material and spindle speed. In general, the lower the mixing amount, the smaller the particle size, the higher the rotational speed, and vice versa.
