Both ring die granulator and flat die granulator are organic fertilizer machines that produce granules by extrusion. They play an increasingly important role in fertilizer production. As an organic fertilizer machine, what is the difference between ring die granulator and flat die granulator?

1.The feeding mode of ring die granulator is different from that of flat die granulator. Ring die granulator uses mechanical forced feeding, uses centrifugal force to feed the high-speed rotating material into the granulation chamber, and the scraper cuts the extruded material into particles of different lengths. However, high-speed rotation will cause serious wear and tear between the roller and the ring die of the ring die granulator, and the feed is not uniform. The flat die granulator enters the granulation chamber vertically by the gravity of the organic fertilizer raw material itself. The pressure roller and the flat die are vertically moved, thereby avoiding the wear of the high-speed rotation of the mold and feeding uniformly.

2. The pressure of ring die granulator is different from that of flat die granulator. In the mold with the same diameter, the diameter of the ring die pressing wheel is limited by the die, so the pressure is limited, but the production efficiency of the ring die granulator is high and the output is large; the diameter of the flat die pressing roller is not limited by the die, so it can increase the space of bearing installation, and select large bearing to increase the bearing capacity of the pressing roller which can not only improve the pressure of the pressing roller, but also extend the service life of the flat die granulator.
