What equipment is needed in a bulk blending fertilizer production line?

Bulk blending fertilizer, also known as BB fertilizer, is a commonly used formula fertilizer in agricultural production. It is prepared using a physical mixing process, requiring no chemical reactions, drying, or granulation, resulting in high efficiency and low energy consumption. This bulk blending fertilizer line is simple in configuration and highly automated. The entire system is arranged according to the steps of raw material pretreatment, precise batching, uniform mixing, and finished product conveying and packaging, with each step performing its specific function to ensure accurate fertilizer proportions and uniform mixing.

The raw material pretreatment equipment is the basic configuration of the production line, mainly including a vibrating screen and a crusher. During fertilizer raw material storage and transportation, clumping and large particle impurities are prone to occur. The vibrating screen can screen out raw materials with uniform particle size, removing impurities and ensuring the subsequent mixing effect. For hardened and clumped raw materials, the crusher can pulverize them to the standard particle size to meet production requirements, ensuring raw material quality from the source. This equipment can be flexibly selected according to the state of the raw materials.
The automatic batching system is the core precision equipment of the production line, consisting of raw material storage silos, electronic batching machines, and conveying devices. The storage silos are used to store nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and micronutrient fertilizers in a categorized manner, ensuring a continuous and stable supply of raw materials. The intelligent electronic batching machine, relying on a computer control system, automatically weighs and mixes fertilizers according to preset formulas. The measurement error can be controlled within ±0.3%, precisely controlling the nutrient ratio to meet the fertilization needs of different crops and soil types. It is a key piece of equipment for standardizing fertilizer formulations.
The mixing equipment determines the quality of the finished product; the mainstream is the BB fertilizer blender. Compared to ordinary mixing equipment, it can thoroughly mix granular fertilizers, with a shorter mixing time per batch and a material mixing uniformity of over 95%, eliminating dead zones and segregation. This allows for the full integration of various nutrients, ensuring the uniform and stable quality of each batch of fertilizer.
Finishing equipment includes a material elevator and an automatic packaging machine. The elevator smoothly transports the mixed finished fertilizer to the packaging station, with a fully enclosed conveyor to reduce dust loss. The automatic packaging machine integrates quantitative filling, bag sewing, and conveying, adapting to standard 10-50 kg bag sizes and meeting the needs of mass production. The complete set of equipment is reasonably matched, easy to operate, and suitable for large-scale production in small and medium-sized fertilizer processing plants.
