Each raw material has its own dedicated storage bin and independent belt-weighing mechanism, ensuring no cross-interference between materials; this makes the system ideal for batching operations involving various powdered and granular raw materials used in organic and compound fertilizers.
Drawing on our hands-on experience commissioning hundreds of fertilizer production lines, the entire batching process consists of six straightforward steps:
System Self-Check: Upon starting the control cabinet, all weighing scales automatically zero and calibrate, while the system checks the status of conveyor belts, motors, and sensors;
Recipe Selection: The operator selects the specific raw material ratio parameters for the fertilizer to be produced via the touchscreen interface;
Material Discharge: Anti-bridging devices activate, allowing raw materials—such as fermented manure, straw powder, and bentonite—to drop onto the weighing conveyor belt;
Dynamic Weighing and Feeding: Sensors transmit real-time material flow data, and the PLC adjusts the belt speed to ensure precise, metered feeding;
Converged Conveying: Once metered, the various raw materials drop onto a lower collection conveyor belt for transport to the next stage; if further mixing is required, the materials can be fed directly into a twin-shaft mixer (details available on the mixer product page);
Batch Recording and Cyclic Operation: The system automatically logs the consumption of each raw material for the batch and then repeats the feeding cycle.
