The drying part of the organic fertilizer dryer in the granular fertilizer production line is mainly used to dry the raw materials for organic fertilizer production, such as some household waste, some distiller's grains, straw and other materials with high humidity for rapid drying. The advantage of this device is that the drying speed (efficiency) is relatively fast, and it also consumes less coal in terms of energy consumption. It is a necessary equipment for early treatment of organic fertilizers.

The organic fertilizer dryer can directly dry poultry and livestock manure with a moisture content of up to 70% -80% at once to about 13% of the safe storage moisture, making it convenient for the production of organic fertilizer. The entire drying process is carried out in a closed system, thereby reducing environmental pollution during the drying process.

The working principle of the organic fertilizer dryer in the granular fertilizer production line is mainly composed of a heat source, a feeding machine, a feeding machine, a rotary drum, a material crushing device, a discharge machine, an induced draft fan, a unloader, and a distribution cabinet; After dehydration, the wet material is added to the dryer, and under the flipping of the uniformly distributed plate reader in the drum, the material is evenly dispersed in the dryer and fully contacts with hot air, accelerating heat and mass transfer during drying. During the drying process, the material is discharged from another section of the star shaped discharge valve of the dryer under the action of the inclined plate and the hot air.

The heat source of the organic fertilizer dryer comes from the combustion device, and this dryer adopts a co flow heating method. Therefore, the materials that need to be dried are pushed back by the spiral cutting plate from the feeding box and the feeding chute into the cylinder. Due to the inclined placement of the dryer, on one hand, the material flows towards the rear under the action of gravity and rotation, and on the other hand, the material is repeatedly picked up by the copying board, carried to the upper end and continuously sprinkled down, forming a uniform curtain inside the cylinder, fully exchanging heat with the hot air flow inside the cylinder. As the material is repeatedly sprinkled, the moisture contained is gradually dried, achieving the goal of drying.
