The shipment includes four double roller extrusion granulators, horizontal ribbon mixers, and a full set of accessories; all items have been securely packed and are ready for ocean transport to the client's production site in Malaysia.
To withstand long-distance sea transport, all main units are wrapped in multiple layers of stretch film to seal out moisture and prevent rust. Inside the containers, the equipment is tightly lashed and secured to prevent shifting or impact damage during transit. Smaller components—such as screws and seals—are boxed, labeled, and categorized to facilitate easy inventory checks upon delivery.
The core equipment in this shipment is the double roller extrusion granulator. Utilizing a dry granulation process, it eliminates the need for water addition or drying, directly compressing powdered materials into uniform granules; it is ideally suited for processing local organic raw materials such as palm residue, livestock manure, and crop straw. The materials and stabilizes feed quality, laying a solid foundation for the granulation process.
