In the fertilizer production line, the wet fertilizer particles that need to be dried are sent to the hopper by belt conveyor or bucket elevator, and then enter the feeding end of the dryer through the hopper. The feeding end of the drum dryer is slightly inclined higher than the discharging end, which is a slightly inclined rotating cylinder in shape. The material enters from the higher end of the dryer and the hot air enters the dryer together. With the rotation of the cylinder, the material moves to the lower end under the action of gravity. During the forward movement of the wet fertilizer in the dryer barrel, the heat of the heat carrier can be obtained directly or indirectly, and the wet material can be dried, and then sent out through the belt conveyor at the discharge end.
