Granulation Selection of Fertilizer Production Process Plant

In a whole set of fertilizer manufacturing process plant, granulation is the key process of the whole fertilizer manufacturing process. The productivity, particle strength and particle shape of the fertilizer granulator machine directly affect the quality of the final product.

When the material is brought to a certain height, under the action of its own gravity and inertia force, it breaks away from the disc and slides along the arc track to complete the rolling required for granulation. At the same time, the liquid injected by the spraying system will evenly spray on the rolling material to agglomerate and granulate, thus completing the whole granulation process.

As a mature type, disc fertilizer granulator has experienced the test of various materials and is suitable for granulating materials widely. But any fertilizer granulator machine has advantages and disadvantages. With the diversification of raw materials, we are constantly developing new granulation equipment.
