Granulation Selection of Fertilizer Production Process Plant
In a whole set of fertilizer manufacturing process plant, granulation is the key process of the whole fertilizer manufacturing process. The productivity, particle strength and particle shape of the fertilizer granulator machine directly affect the quality of the final product.
Among many fertilizer production enterprises, the more used fertilizer granulator machine are rotary drum granulator, double roller press granulator and disc granulator. Among the three granulation methods, the disc granulator is more suitable for granulation of organic-inorganic compound fertilizer, and the effect is better. Disc fertilizer granulator is mainly composed of granulating disc, spraying system, transmission device, support and so on. In the fertilizer manufacturing process, the powder material is conveyed by belt conveyor to the granulating disc in the disc granulator, and the rotating disc with an inclination of 50 degrees rotates with the material. When the material is brought to a certain height, under the action of its own gravity and inertia force, it breaks away from the disc and slides along the arc track to complete the rolling required for granulation. At the same time, the liquid injected by the spraying system will evenly spray on the rolling material to agglomerate and granulate, thus completing the whole granulation process.
As a mature type, disc fertilizer granulator has experienced the test of various materials and is suitable for granulating materials widely. But any fertilizer granulator machine has advantages and disadvantages. With the diversification of raw materials, we are constantly developing new granulation equipment. In the production of organic fertilizer, we have designed new type organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer granulator. The granulator has high production efficiency and good product quality. It is improved on the basis of the agitator granulator, but it solves the problem of material sticking to the wall very well. The granules produced are also very beautiful.
