The dehydrated cow dung is spread out on the hardened ground of the cement. If the water is more than 60%, the cow dung should be air-dried until the moisture is reduced to about 55%, and the pH is adjusted by adding lime powder. Then, the cow dung is composted according to 70% of the cow dung and 30% of the auxiliary material, and the compost material is added to the fermenting strain and various auxiliary materials.

The granulation rate of organic fertilizer granulator is high, and the size of particle diameter can be adjusted properly by mixing amount of material and spindle speed. The fertilizer granulator is suitable for granulating chicken manure, pig manure, cow manure, peat and other materials.
