How to make chicken manure into organic fertilizer

Chicken manure organic manure is made from chicken manure through composting and fermentation by using biological action and advanced mechanical technology. Chicken manure and crop straw are the main raw materials. How to deal with chicken manure in chicken farm? Making chicken manure into organic fertilizer is one of the important methods.

Aerobic fermentation is commonly used in chicken manure compost fermentation. By aerobic fermentation, chicken manure compost can start quickly, ferment at a high temperature and have a short maturation period. Because of its high fermentation temperature, it can effectively kill eggs, pathogens and plant seeds in chicken manure. Under the stirring action of the dumper, the fermentation effect is very good. In industry, stack composting and trough composting are the main types.

Tank compost fermentation:

Fermentation in fermentation tank is the best method to deal with the ripening effect of chicken manure fermentation, which is suitable for commercial production of chicken manure organic fertilizer. This method completely decomposes chicken manure and converts organic matter into organic matter, carbon dioxide and water. The fermentation time is short. Generally, chicken manure can be completely fermented and decomposed in about 15 days, realizing industrialized scale production, not affected by weather and season, and causing little pollution to the environment. The depth of fermentation tank generally does not exceed 1.5 m. Tank oxygen consumption fermentation is the best way to realize mechanized production of organic fertilizer plant.

Strip stacking composting fermentation:

Strip stacking composting fermentation is to lay materials in rows and stack them in open air or under shelf. The length depends on the actual situation and the treatment time is longer. If it is placed in the open air, it will be greatly affected by the weather season.

 

Fermented organic fertilizers need further processing before they can be put on the market. The processed fertilizer is easy to store, transport and fertilize, and the fertilizer effect is more lasting.

Processing Process of Organic Fertilizer Production Line

1.Materials crushing. The chicken manure in blocks after fermentation, it need to be crushed through the half-wet material crusher, the crusher make it into fine powder.

2.Mixing. The mixed material need to be mixed completely.

3.Granulation. There are several types fertilizer granulator, Choose the appropriate granulator according to the manufactured fertilizer. If produce organic fertilizer, there are new type organic fertilizer granulator, rotary granulator, disc granulator, two in one organic fertilizer granulator.

4.Drying. After granulating, the fertilizer moisture is a little high, it’s not suitable for long-term storage. The dryer machine drying the fertilizer particles to a certain temperature.

5.Cooling. After drying, the granules temperature is high, can't packing in bags, need cooling down to noraml temperature. After cooling, could packing in bags.

6.Screening. There are some non-uniform particles, after screener machine sieving get the appropriate granules that we need, the small diameter particle can be screened down for twice processing, the bigger granules go to the crusher machine.

7.Coating. Under the particle surface is not uniform,sleek case,we need to be coat the surface of fertilizer granules.

8.Packaging. Filling the bags, and sealing. After package,the fertilizer can be sold.

The above method is the industrialization process of chicken manure treatment, which converts waste into nutrients easily absorbed by organic fertilizer plants, and uses organic fertilizer machinery to produce organic fertilizer in large quantities, so as to realize industrialized and standardized production.
