Processing flow of blended NPK fertilizer production line

2025/05/19

The blended NPK fertilizer production line occupies an important position in the field of fertilizer production due to its flexible and efficient characteristics. Its processing flow is as follows.

Firstly, the selection and preparation of raw materials. Carefully select different specifications of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium elemental fertilizer particles, such as large particle urea, monoammonium phosphate, potassium sulfate, etc., to ensure high-quality raw materials. At the same time, determine the fertilizer formula based on market demand and crop nutritional requirements.

According to the formula, use high-precision electronic scales to accurately measure various raw materials. The measurement process is strictly controlled to ensure the accurate addition of each nutrient, in order to ensure that the nutrient ratio of the final product meets the requirements.

The measured raw materials enter the mixing stage. Transport different types of fertilizer granules to large horizontal mixers or drum mixers. In the mixer, various particles are thoroughly mixed uniformly through continuous stirring and rolling by the stirring device. The mixing time and stirring speed need to be adjusted according to the characteristics of the raw materials and the mixing effect to achieve the optimal mixing state.

After mixing is completed, proceed directly to the packaging stage. Due to the fact that blended fertilizers do not require complex subsequent processes such as granulation, the mixed fertilizers can be immediately packaged. Using an automatic packaging scale, the fertilizer is accurately weighed and packed into packaging bags according to the set weight specifications. During the packaging process, ensure that the seal is tightly sealed to prevent fertilizer leakage.

To ensure product quality, each batch of blended fertilizers must undergo strict quality inspection. The inspection items include nutrient content determination, particle uniformity testing, etc. Only products that pass inspection can proceed to the next stage.

For qualified products, the name of the fertilizer, nutrient content, production date, shelf life, usage method, and precautions should be clearly labeled on the packaging bag. The annotation content must be accurate and standardized in order for users to use fertilizers correctly.

Finally, stack and store the packaged fertilizer products. The palletizing should be neat and orderly, facilitating warehouse management and cargo handling. During the storage process, attention should be paid to the ventilation, moisture prevention, pest control and other conditions of the warehouse to ensure that the quality of fertilizers is not affected during storage. At this point, the mixed NPK fertilizer production line has completed the entire processing flow from raw materials to finished products.
