Solid-liquid separator processes cow manure to produce organic fertilizer and biogas

2019/07/15
Aerobic fermentation to produce organic fertilizer and anaerobic fermentation to produce biogas are two important ways to solve the pollution of livestock and poultry breeding.

When the moisture content of the new wet cow dung is too high, it is not conducive to the rapid fermentation of cow dung. If too much straw is added to regulate the fermentation, it is not easy to control the proportion of fermentation materials. Therefore, the solid-liquid separator is needed to dehydrate the cow dung before fermentation.

When using livestock and poultry manure as raw material for biogas fermentation, compared with pig manure and chicken manure, the unit efficiency of cattle manure biogas fermentation is low. The main reason is that the content of crude fibre in cattle manure is high. In the process of fermentation, crude fibre is almost non-degradable in a short period of time, and the utilization rate of fermentation equipment is poor. Especially in cold areas, the fermentation system needs sufficient supply. Fermentation can only be carried out by heat, and the fermentation broth after solid-liquid separation is more suitable for biogas fermentation. Therefore, it is of great significance to use organic fertilizer equipment to process cow manure and improve its utilization efficiency.
solid-liquid separator

Using organic fertilizer equipment to treat cow dung can make cow dung achieve better production effect. The solid-liquid separator separates cow manure from solid-liquid, and produces briquette fuel from the separated solid material. The water content of solid matter in cow manure treated by solid-liquid separator is below 60%. This kind of solid-liquid separator greatly improves the drying efficiency and has obvious advantages compared with other similar equipment in the market. Separated cow manure was further processed as raw material, and fuel or organic fertilizer was produced by flat die extrusion granulator. The calorific value of the fuel produced by the flat die extrusion granulator is no less than the calorific value of the wheat straw, rice straw, corn straw and bean straw briquettes. The organic fertilizer made by the flat die extrusion granulator has a long-lasting effect and a high content of organic matter.
