Production of organic-inorganic compound fertilizer from waste by organic fertilizer equipment

2019/02/14
Using organic fertilizer production technology to convert decomposable organic matter from household garbage into bio-organic fertilizer is an important way of environmental protection and resources recovery. Household garbage is the breeding ground and breeding ground of various pathogenic microorganisms. If it is not treated for a long time, it not only occupies a large amount of land, but also pollutes the soil and human living environment.

The application of untreated garbage in soil will decrease the soil water retention capacity and cause serious loss of nitrogen and potassium. Long-term application will also lead to the accumulation of heavy metals in farmland. Organic synthetic materials and plastics and their products, which have not been recycled into farmland, will hinder soil water transport and plant root elongation, which is not conducive to crop growth and development, and bacterial pathogens are brought into the soil. However, garbage also contains a lot of available organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and trace elements. After sorting these garbage, the content of fermentable organic matter increased greatly. Fermented garbage is made into organic compound fertilizer through organic fertilizer equipment, which has good economic benefits.

The first step in the production of organic-inorganic compound fertilizer by garbage recycling is garbage sorting, removal of non-fermentable inorganic substances and large amounts of impurities, and the remaining raw materials are treated into harmless compost by high-temperature fermentation. In the fermentation process, the fermentation of compost can be promoted by the compost turner equipment. The compost turner can not only increase the oxygen in the fermentation of materials, but also crush and mix materials to improve the compost quality. Fermented compost can be further processed as raw material for organic-inorganic compound fertilizer production through screening, air separation and magnetic separation.

Compound fertilizer can be produced by adding urea, calcium superphosphate and potassium chloride according to the composting formula. The main technological process of organic-inorganic compound fertilizer is compost mixed with other organic materials for re-fermentation, mixing with other nutrients, granulation, drying and cooling, packing. The waste compost production compound fertilizer mainly uses the mixer, crusher, granulator, drying machine, cooling machine, screening machine, packing machine and so on simple equipment.
