Attention should be paid to the following points in the use of pulverizer:
1. After the equipment is installed and energized, 3 kg of grease must be added to the bearing housing.
2. After 72 hours of operation, the lubricating grease should be added to the bearing seat.
3. When shutting down, the machine can be shut down after the internal materials are discharged.
4. In the event of a sudden power failure, the fertilizer production line is too late to process residual materials, and when there are residual materials in the machine, you need to manually move the triangle belt to clear the materials.
5. In case of excessive discharge of crushed materials, please open the screws on both sides of the machine, and then observe whether the blade has been worn into an arc. If the wear is in a circular arc shape, the pin can be pulled out and the cutter head will continue to be used. If the wear is very serious, please replace the cutter head with a new one.
