What are the working steps of fertilizer granulation

What are the working steps of fertilizer granulation

1) Transfer the treated organic fertilizer and other nutrients to the batching system or mixer.

2) Raw materials are delivered to the disc leveler and uniformly added to the granulator. Take the disc granulator as an example, spray the liquid component or appropriate amount of water on the materials in the disk through the distributor of the granulator, so as to meet the amount of liquid phase required for pelletizing. The rotating disc and the edge of the disc produce friction and centrifugation on the material, which makes the material move in a circumferential direction, and makes the powder particles rub and squeeze each other, and gradually agglomerate into a ball.

3) Transported to the dryer to exchange heat with the heat from the hot blast stove.

4) The particles are transported to the hot sieving for separation, and the fine particles are directly returned to the disc homogenizer as the core to continue to participate in the adhesion of the particles into balls.

5) It is transported to the cooling machine, and the fertilizer is cooled by natural cold wind or strong cooling wind.

6) It is transported to the finished product screening machine, and the large particles are crushed by the crusher and returned to the disc homogenizer to continue to participate in the formation of balls.

7) The qualified products after screening are transported to the coating machine for coating treatment.

8) Transfer to the automatic packaging scale for weighing, packaging and storage.

9) Drying, cooling and workshop dust are discharged after reaching three standards after cyclone dust collector, labyrinth dust chamber and wet washing.
